Being in this class has caused be to start seeing maps everywhere, and I've become pretty excited about them! I've posted some of the maps I've found here on the Mica Maps blog but I see so many things that interest me that posting them all here would constitute major spammage. Therefore, I've decided to make my own blog, The Map Sap, specifically for sharing illustrative and/or conceptual maps! There are already about 30 posts. The most recent one is a beautiful map of Europe by Sanna Mander:

PS: You will notice a couple of our classmates' work on The Map Sap. I'm not playing favorites! I only blogged them over others because their work was already posted on Tumblr and it was easy to reblog!
